We use our Zeiss O-INSPECT 543 multi-sensor measuring machine to perform measurement tasks in accordance with the required standards and drawings and in compliance with the ISO-GPS set of standards. We capture geometries with form and location tolerances (according to DIN EN ISO 1101) either using tactile methods or with optical sensors, and generate the test report in your desired format.

Applications
Optical and tactile measurement technology is particularly valuable for First Article Inspections (FAI) with the goal of creating a First Article Inspection Report (FAIR). This technology is also used for serial measurements, enabling statistical evaluation of your components. 

We also prioritize quality and experience in our choice of analysis software. We use CALYPSO by ZEISS.
